Ballet Toning & Flexibility with Patricia Zhou. In this hour-long class, Patricia will use methods based on her years of ballet training, yoga and pilates to condition and stretch the muscles needed for ballet and help participants increase their strength, flexibility and lengthen their lines.

This class is suitable for dancers and dance enthusiasts of all levels.
